Interview Expert: 



Please review the following agreement. By signing below, you, the Expert and the Voices of Earth Summit presenter/interviewer Cindy Myers are agreeing to the terms as noted below:



General Terms: 


    • You agree to participate as an Expert for one 30-min video interview, on the subject area(s) discussed prior to the call; 

    • You agree the call will be recorded by the Voices of Earth Summit team; 

    • You agree to send out one solo email and 2nd reminder email promoting Voices of Earth Summit to your entire email list about 10 days before our launch on February 16, 2026;
    • You agree to provide a free gift to summit participants; 

    • The Voices of Earth Summit team agrees to provide the back-end coordination and production for this event including conference call lines, recording equipment, and e-mail reminders to participants. 



Compensation: 


    • You agree to do the interview without charge; 

    • You agree not to request compensation from Voices of Earth Summit at any point in the future. 



Intellectual Property: 


    • The material you share on your expert call is, and will remain, solely yours; 

    • Voices of Earth Summit owns the recordings and transcripts of 
the call; 

    • Voices of Earth Summit may repurpose, resell, and reuse your expert call recording indefinitely and without compensation to you. In doing so, Voices of Earth Summit agrees to identify the speaker’s name as the expert on the recording and will provide a link to the expert’s website; 

    • You will be provided with a recording of your expert call; 

    • You are free to repurpose, resell, and reuse your expert call recording 
indefinitely and without compensation to Voices of Earth Summit. In doing so, we ask that you identify Voices of Earth Summit and Cindy Myers as the interviewer and provide a tracking link to the summit website.

You will be sent promotional materials 2 weeks before the Voices of Earth Summit goes live on February 16, 2026.

We ask that you send one solo email and a 2nd email reminder as an invitation before we launch on February 16, 2026.
